• 90% refund if cancellation is made 60-30 days before the first day of the program. • 25% refund if cancellation is made more than 30-14 days before the first day of the program. • 0% refund if cancellation is made 14 days prior to the first day of the program.
GUEST POLICY: Please note that ALL agency guests must be pre-approved by the Board of Directors. Furthermore, any guest that is included in the room block for the Convention will be charged at the spouse rate and registered with the IRTBA as a Convention Attendee.
