Mandi Jennings is a seasoned communications professional with over 18 years of experience in project management, public involvement, real estate/land acquisition and stakeholder engagement. She has a proven track record of success in the transportation sector, notably serving as Owner’s Representative for the Illinois Tollway's $4 billion I-294 Central Tri-State Corridor project. Mandi is known for her expertise in developing and implementing effective communication strategies, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring transparent and efficient communication throughout projects. Her extensive experience in managing complex projects and collaborating with diverse teams makes her a valuable asset in achieving successful project outcomes.

Kowalczyk has been active in the construction industry since 2011 starting as a surveyor and progressing into roles as an engineer, estimator, and project manager at companies like Kiewit and James McHugh Construction. Since 2018, he has been a Project Manager at Granite Construction facilitating road construction projects local to the Chicago area. Kowalczyk obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Schilke has been employed with IDOT since 2002 and received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri. During his 20 years of service, he has worked in the Bureaus of Materials, Construction, Design, and Planning, and is currently the District One Bureau Chief of Programming which involves overseeing Preliminary Engineering and Environmental Studies in the six-county Chicago metropolitan area.

Beth Tatro has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and strategic communications, specializing in advocacy, outreach campaigns, public relations, event and relationship management, and strategic planning. As the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at R.M. Chin & Associates, she aligns the firm’s communications, marketing, and professional development programs with its culture and strategic goals. Beth also supports the Illinois Tollway’s $14 billion, 15-year capital program, managing special projects. Before these roles, she pioneered leadership programs, advocacy campaigns, and educational seminars with the Illinois Road & Transportation Builders Association. Tatro received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Purdue University and her Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
